The lids are awesome as far as being secure. They stay on the cups and help keep the beverage inside nice and cold. Great price as well!

I can't say enough good things about the products and the customer service. In June I ordered 4 cups and 2 of the companion tumblers. Love them all.
I manage to crack one of the tumbler lids by dropping the tumbler on concrete and it hit the ground just right and cracked. I ordered 2 additional tumbler lids but accidently put them for pick up and not delivery. When I realized my mistake, I emailed customer service and they put them in the mail to me that day. No extra charge just great customer service.
The only negative thing I can say about any of the products is the latch on pop up lids for the companion tumbler do not seem to hold to well after a bit of use. Replacements are not available. I would order additional lids if I could.

I really like my new twist on lid tumbler. The tumbler works as advertized. I filled it with my favorite sparkling water the lid stayed put. On my older tumbler with the regular lid I would fill with sparking water and the carbonation would make the lid slip up. I could never really close the lid while it was in my backpack.
Not sure if it's child spill proof, but it's definitely puppy spill proof! Our knucklehead loves knocking over drinks when we are not paying attention!! The lid does not allow anything in or out!! Coupled with my red solo from you guys its quite the hit!! (Purchased this one from dolphin research center)
